We will not be devalued! – If you buy an item in the Game and, within 21 days, find an identical product from a competitor for less, let us know and we will refund MORE than the difference.

If you want to buy in the Game and find an identical item in a competitor for less at the same time, let us know and we will BEAT that price.

• The price strike does not apply to the opening of new stores, exhibitions or damaged stock.

• The competitor in question must have stock of that identical item.

• The competitor must be a legitimate and registered retailer.

• The price beat does not apply to comparisons of stores outside the country of trade, including foreign online stores.

If you change your mind, bring the product in usable condition, in the original packaging, and we will exchange or refund you. Exceptions are indicated accordingly at the point of purchase.

Guaranteed service on every product sold.

We will have any item under warranty repaired for you – if it takes longer than 21 days, the item will be replaced or refunded. For warranty purposes, proof of purchase is required. We will guarantee continued service on any product purchased through the Game, even after the warranty expires. Costs will be kept to a minimum.
